SHIPPING:

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday except on holidays). During high traffic periods, it may take up to 3 business days. Please note, we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

How will my order be shipped?

Our default shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail. For large or international orders, we may ship via UPS or FedEx. If you selected 2nd Day Air shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS Express 2nd Day Air. If you have a specific shipping carrier request, please email websales@apsarastore.com immediately after placing your order.

Please note all shipping methods are to physical addresses only. This method is not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders:

International orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Fees are calculated by customs officials, and cannot be estimated ahead of time by Apsara. We cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

What is your return policy? (Online orders only)

Apsara will accept unworn or defective merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of when you received your order. (A Return Authorization is not required.)Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you elect to exchange your item, Apsara will cover the shipping of the exchange item back to you. Apsara will only accept items that have not been used, worn or washed. Apsara does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please ensure to keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you wish to keep them. Discounted items online ending in .99 or are purchased at Warehouse Sales are final sale & not returnable.

How should I send back my return?

Please ship to us the item(s) you would like to return via your preferred shipping method. The original invoice number should be placed inside the package. You should indicate whether you would like to exchange it for another item or for a refund. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.

Please note, packages must be returned using a carrier who can provide a guaranteed delivery service. Apsara is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We suggest using UPS or FEDEX for reliable delivery.

(Websale returns may be dropped off at any of our retail locations to be transferred to the websales department. Please keep in mind that returns/exchanges cannot be processed at our retail locations.

Apsara Retail Location Return Policy:

If you purchased an item at our Portsmouth, NH location, you have 30 days to make a return. Please be sure to bring along your original store receipt.

How will my return be credited?

Your return will be credited to you in the form of the original payment method used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you.

Can items purchased at a non-Apsara store be returned to us directly?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of Apsara items purchased from third party stores. Please make returns directly at the store from where the item was purchased.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards can only be redeemed for goods on our website or at our physical store location in Portsmouth, NH.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal

When will I be charged?

Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed.
